  •  Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened herbal products within 30 days of the purchase date. The products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • Damaged or Broken Products: If your product arrives damaged or broken, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us immediately to report the issue.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please fill out the form in the Contact Us section with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

  • Packaging:  Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the damaged or broken product for a new one, we will ship the replacement once the original product is received.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Unopened Products: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for unopened products.

  • Damaged or Broken Products: If the return is due to a damaged or broken product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened Products: We do not accept returns of opened herbal products due to health and safety concerns.

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
